Immune Boost





It's important for us to maintain the immune system, especially in the midst of extreme weather lately.
Prevent many diseases by eating healthy foods, much better than cure. White blood
cells work to fight bacteria and toxins in the body, in order to work effectively, cells must regenerate well in order to maintain the body. There are some important foods that we can consume to produce nutrients for the white blood cells. And we can save time and money simply by eating healthy foods in the right way to boost immunity. It is not difficult to keep your immune system, as long as we get a healthy diet and contain many nutrients. Not difficult also to get healthy food that our body needs, such as:

1. Fresh fruits and Vegetables. Cheap and available, fresh fruits and vegetables is the right choice to increase white blood cells. Contains phytonutrients (nutrients derived from similar plants), such as pepper and broccoli that can strengthen the immune system to repair damaged cells and accelerate cell growth. Eating fruit is also essential to meet the body's immune system. Natural toxin removers, fruits contain antioxidants that strengthens the white blood cells.

2. Spinach. Although not directly turn you into Popeye, spinach it is the perfect choice to enhance immunity. Spinach and other vegetables like cabbage and mustard contains folate that can prevent DNA damage and blood vessels. Spinach is probably not the food that is often served at dinner in the house, but a plate of spinach can keep your health condition to face the coming rainy season.

 3. Garlic. Although it is not wise to eat garlic while on a date, but garlic has remarkable properties to prevent infection. There are antivirus elements such as allicin and ajoene. Garlic juice can eliminate fungal disease even infected wounds.

4. Carrot. Carrots are not just for rabbits. Consume carrots to prevent cough or flu. Carrots contain a lot of beta-carotene, which can increase the white blood cells that are useful strengthens the immune system, such as T cells So, if you want to fight the bacteria that cause the disease, it may be time you have to get carrots.


Yogurt


In addition to vegetables and fruits,  it's good to try other foods that also have the same function, improve immune.
If you think that all of bacteria are bad, thankfully ... that's not true. "Good" bacteria may help your immune system by increasing antibody cells and prevent the growth of pathogenic organisms such as Salmonella and E. coli bacteria. Lots of yogurt that contains "good" bacteria - so if you want to boost your immune system, get yogurt
can be a way out.
Shellfish may be known can increase sexual arousal, but the small mollusks are also good for boosting the immune system. Shellfish contain many elements of zinc, which can boost your immune system by helping the formation of white blood cells more quickly. Zinc also strengthens antibodies, potent in overcoming the infection in the body.
Foods such as shellfish and carrots may not be a strong antidote to the disease, but better than any other fattening foods. So throw away the fattening foods and eat healthy food
